Yoga is ...
Veronika has over 6 years of experience in Yoga, from discovering it's traditional forms of Hatha Yoga, she later on moved onto more challenging and modernised yoga practices such as Hot / Bikram Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa / Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Acrovinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga to eventually finding her way and passion towards Ashtanga Yoga.
She has been practicing yoga all over the world to experience different types and approaches as an inspiration to create unique yoga classes. From England and Slovakia through Bali, Puerto Rico and Spain, all to way to an intensive yoga teacher training in India's capital of yoga - Rishikesh. Veronika had the opportunity to be taught by enlightened and knowledgable teacher and gurus.
Nowadays although Veronika is an Ashtangi she also understands and appreciates the benefits of other styles of yoga.
In her classes she aims to combine ancient Indian Yoga traditions with more recent techniques, targeting both male and female - balancing their unique and distinct energy.
Veronika believes that yoga should be available to everyone whether a person seeks to gain physical strength and/or flexibility, seeks healing of the body's pains or hopes to achieve more spiritual state of body as well as the mind.
