The Mindoneness concept

We often refer to the mind as something that needs to be silenced and controlled, whereas both of these words represent a rather negative approach which is not the best approach toward contentment.

 

Instead via Mindoneness - we aim to connect with the mind, to befriend it and to become one with the mind. To approach happiness and joy through oneness rather than separation, and to see the mind as a friend not an enemy.
